NAPIER TRAFFIC BREACHES
Few traffic cases came before Mr J. Miller, S.M., at the weekly session of the Napier Magistrate 's Court this morning. Offences wero dealt with by fmes. For failing to give way to a vehicle approaching from the right at an intersection, E. Torr, of Wellington, steward, was fined £1, with 10/- costs. lan Morris Herbert, of Waioruhe, farmer, was fined £1 10/-, with 10,/costs, for failing to give way, and 10/with 10/- costs for driving a car while not thc liolder of a driving licence. Fredericlt Thomas GrilliLha, of Palmerston North, was lined £1 10/-, with 10/- costs, for driving a rnotor vehicle Avithout a tail-iight. Failure to give way resulted in Robert Sutton, of Napier, liardwaro assistant, being fined £1, with 19/costs. William Yeornan, of Napier, taxidriver, was fined 10/-, with 13/- costs, for failing to notify the deputyregistrar of luotor veliicles within seven days of the -sule of a registered motor vehicle. Lawrence Redding, of Napier, mechanic, was charged with causing an unnecessary obstruction to traffic at the) corner of Ossian and Dommett streets, Fort Ahuriri. The breach cost him 10/I in Court costs. ■
