Amelia Earhart Outlines Her Route TO AUSTRALIA FIRST (Beceivod 13, 8.45 a.m.) NEW YORK, Feb. 12. Amelia Earhart Putnam, the American aviatrix, informed the Australian Associated Press that she will fly to Australia departing early in March from Oakland. She will touch Honolulu and then proceed to Howland Island and thereafter Lao, New Guinea and Port Darwin. From there she will turn back immediately, .proceeding by the usual Imperial Airways route to India -and tlienee to Dakkar in Africa, NataJ in Brazil, and Mexico and Miami. Captain Manning, veteran mechant marino officer, will act as navigator across the Pacific but will leave her when they reach Australia,
