Woolcott, of Napier, who is a member of the borough engineer's staff of the Napier Borough Council, has received advice that he has been successful in passing his A.M.I.C.E. examination. Dr. Henry Field, the newly-appoint-ed Professor of Education at Canterbury University College, has left England for the TJnited States. He will remain there for three weeks, visiting the educational centres before leaving for the Dominion from Vancouver,
