DUNEDIN, This Day. A severe hailstorm is reported from Cromwell. Aithough of only v short duration, the hail fell with considerable violence. Hailstones the size of small marbles and shaped like jagged pieces of iee bounced to a height of two feet off the ground. Torrential rain, accompanied by thunder, fell for half an liour.
