FIELD DAY AT PUKETITIRI

PUKETITIRI, This Day. Saturday will be a field day in Puketitiri. Proceedings will start with the Puketitiri Progressive Sheep Dog Trials at 8.30 a.m., for which large entries have been promised. At the conclusion of the dog trials a 12-inch standing chop will be held in which a field of about 20 will take part, many of whom have not yet taken part in such an event. - The Puketitiri Women 's Institute's annual show opens at 1.30. The ladies are working very hard t(5 malce this the best show yet lield. In the evening the institule will hold its annual show dance.
