Loyalists Allege Interference With Warships SPYING AND SHELLING

(Received 11, 10.5 a.m.) MADRID, Feb. 10. A Government communique, in aduition to alleging that the Italian warships Muzio, Artendolo and Armando Diaz lured the Government fleet from the coast and prevented them Teaching Malaga, where the rebels are operating, declares: "Such latitude on the part of neutral vessels is unprecedented in history. Evidently the Italians planned to eliminate our ships from the battle reouce thpir stocks of fuel and scatter our forces." The Government also alleges that German and Italian warships are spyiug out and bombarding the coast under cover of darkness. It is officially announced from Barcelona that an unknown vessel shelled the quhys at Bareelona, aiming at two oil sliips.
