ANOTHER RE-TRIAL
Jury Disagrees on The O'Shannessy Case Patrick O'Shannessy, a labourer residing at Taradale, is to make his second appearance in the Supreme Court at Napier to-morrow morning on a charge of indecently assaulting a male at Meeanee on December 4 last. He was tried before Mr Justice Ostler yesterday, but the jury failed to agree after four hours. His Honour granted the application of the Crown Prosecutor, Mr H. B. Lusk, for a re-trial. On the application of Mr Wv Selwyn Averill, counsel for O'Shannessy, bail was renewed meanwhile.
