The allegation that a secret organisation is planning to xestore Polish Silesia to Geraiany was made when 29 Nazis were senteneed to from 18 to 30 months' imprisonment with loss of civil rights for five years. It was alleged that they had planned a military rising and were in communication with the German Gestapo and had sworn allegiance to President Hitler. Large numbers escaped to Germany before the trial.
