Wilson, New Plymouth, is the guest of her son and daughter-in-law, Mr and Mrs J. Braeken .Wilson, Hastings. Mrs Miriama Chambers, New Plymouth, is visiting Havelock North. Miss B. Bradley, Harris street Gisborne, is on a brief visit to Napier. Miss E. Davies, Rawiri street, Gisborne, who has been staying with the Misses A. and H. Williams, Te Aute, has returned home. Mr and Mrs H. B. Williams, Turihau© station, Gisborne, and Miss Janet Williams, yho were visitors to Napier for the Elworthy — Herrick wedding, returned home to-day. Miss Molly Clarkson is paying ' a lengthy visit to her uncle and aunt, Mr and Mrs J. O. Clarksoh, Church street, Waipukurau. Mr and Mrs Melville Bell, Havelock Nortii, who have been staying in Dunedin with their son-in-law and daughter, Mr and Mrs Leonard Wright, are now the guests of Mr and Mrs P. H. Burr, Roberts street, Hastings, until. Friday, when they leave for England. Mrs Martin 0' Neill and family, of Palmerston North, who have been spending a holiday with. Mr and Mrs W. O'Neiil, Avenue road, Hastings, returned home this morning. Mrs Bathe Brandon and Mrs D. B. Menzies, Wellington, were visitors to Napier for the Elworthy— -Herrick wedding. Mrs William Bond, Dunrobin, Canterbury, Miss E. Elworthy, Timaru, and the Misses Mary and Nancy Bond are visitors to Napier for the Elworthy — Herrick wedding. Mr and Mrs Claud Anderson, Palmerston iNorth, are spending a holiday with Mrs Anderson's parents, Mr and Mrs L. P. Peacb, Fitzroy Avenue, Hastings. Mrs York, Duthie Road, Matapu, left by car at tlie week-end to visit friends iii Hawke's Bay. Mr and Mrs F. A. Benge, Napier, are visiting Wanganui. Miss Sybil Williams, aramoho, left Wanganui, to-day for Te Aute where she will stay with Mr and Mrs Williams. Miss M. Washer, Hawera, i» paying a short visit to Hastings and Napier. Mrs J. W. Bourke, Patea, is at Wairoa 3tayiug with Mrs J. Cerroll.
