Fruitgrowers Seek Relief council's difficulty A request that the 10 per cent. penalty on rates levied on August 1 last should not be imposed nntil the 193738 fruit crop was harvested was received yesterday by the Hawke's Bay County Couiicil from the Hawke's Bay Fruitgrowers' Association. He anticipated that relief would be given as had been previously exteuded.
