Charge of Theft Against P R. Smyrk Although there were indic'ation# earlier ia the afternoon that some memi* bers of the jury were in f avonr of a nd bill, the Grand Jnry empanelled to con« sider the charge of theft of money as si servant against Percy Raeburn Smyrk, secretary of the Waipawa Hospital Board, returned a true bill late yester-f day afternoon. The foreman, Mr L' Pickering, made no comment when an* nouncing the decision of the Grand Jury. i Other true bills returned at yesterdav's session of tbe Supreme Court at Napier were in respect of the following: Frederick William Morley, alleged theft and alleged receiving; Harold Douglas Boyle, allegled assault with intent to commit rape; David William McBIrney, alleged obscene exposure; Patrick O'Shannessy, alleged indecent assault on a male; Thomas Smith, al* leged theft from dwelling.
