Progress of East Coast Negotiations MANAGER COMING OVER (Eeceived 9, 8.45 a.m.) SYDNEY, Feb. 8. The Board of Birectors of Taranaki Oil Fields announces that negotiations with important overteeas interests for the drilling of the company's conceasions on the East Coast of the North Island of New Zealand are proceeding satisfactorily and the company's manager (Sir Colin Fraser) is going to New Zealand on February 12 in connection with these negotiations.
