Probable Yearly Payments The new Civil List, says the Sunday Express, is likely to include these yearly payments: — - £ "Privy Purse" of the King and Queen, oi which about £33,000 is allowed to the Queen 110,000 Eoyal Household salaries, etc. 134,0.00 Househoki expenses ....i. ... 153,000 Eoyal Bounty 13,000 Personal allowances to members of the King's family will be: — £ Queen Elizabeth (if left a widow) 70, 000 Queen Mary 70,000 The Buke o.f'Connaught .... 25,000 Other Eoyal Bukes (married) 25,000 Princess Elizabeth (as heir presumptive) 25,000 Princess Margaret Eose (from twenty-one years of age) . . 6,000 Princess Eoyal 6,000 The Buke of Windsor, it is predicted, will receive at least £25,000— and possibly £50,000— a year.
