WOMEN'S COMMUNITY CLUB HOLD GENERAL MEETING
An excellent attendance of members of the Hastings Women's Community Olub was present- at the general meeting held in the W.D.F.U. rooms yesterday afternoon. In the absence of Mrs. T. H. Lowry, the club president, Mrs. W. G. Stead, was in the chair and with her was the secretary, Mrs. H. Lovell-Smith. The meeting was entirely a discussion of club business with regard to the arrangements and furnishing of the new and spacious club rooms to be occupied in a f ew days ' time.
