LATE MR P. SCULLIN

Feeling Tribute by County Chairman / _ A feeling tribute to the late Mr Phillip Seullin, overseer of the Hasvke's Bay Rivers Board, was paid by members of the Hawlce's Bay County Council yesterday. The chairman, Mr F. B. Logan, said that in the passing of Mr Seullin the whole district had lost a most valued servant. He had been a king-pin in the carrying-out of the rivers board work, and had set a high standard of efficiency. Those who knew Mr Seullin could not fail to be impressed by his many fine qualities. In every way he was a most worthy citizen.
