Better Relations With Britain MORE WOOL FROM AUSTRALiA TOKIO, Feb. 7. After consultation with busrnesstnen the Ministry of Commerce decided to grant Iicence's to import 300,000 bales of wool from Australia. The Japan Economic Federation is sending a mission composed of important businessmen to England. Tbeir duty will be not only to adjust BritishJapanese relations but also to try and establish a British understanding respecting J&pan's trade with the I)ominion because the Japanes© remain convinced that British interests were behind the Aiistralian anti- Japanese restrictions and fear similar restrictioils in New Zealand, South Africa and elsewhere eventually.
