Tree-planting in War Memorial Park

TIKOKINO, Last Night. An effort is to be made in the Tikokino district to plant native trees and shrubs in the Memorial park, adjoining the War Memorial building and grounds, which was presented by the late Mrs J. H. Mathews. Coid Weather. The weather has been very cold in Tikokino and district lately. The Ruahines were cover^d with snow twice, and a severe frost cut all the vegetation.
