For the Dominion, the average pay-out for butter-fat has been 13.34 peh lb., over the 10-year period, 13.92d per lb. for cheese, and L3.65d for dual factories, FRUIT FIGURES For fruit the Auckland and Welling^ ton figures are quoted respectively as follow: Apples. — Cox's O.P., 5/6, 5/10; De* licious, 4/6, 4/2; Jonatixan 3/11, 3/9; dessert varieties, 4/6, 4/9; cooking varieties, 3/1, 3/11. . Pears.— Winter Cole, 6/4, 4/5; dessert varieties, 5/6, 4/8; cooking varieties, 3/4, 4/6. Stone fruits.— Apricots, 11/3, 11/5; nectarines, 11/3, 11/6; peaches, 6/6, 8/5; plums 7/4 7/6. In respect of exported apples, an Lo.b. guaranteed priee has been fixed tor the current season at 10/6 per cass f.o.b. Nfew Zealand ports. Export prices for tMe Dominion for the last 10 years averaged 10/1J per 401b. case. Pears exported realised an average of 11/8 per 401b. case. Bye-grass is fixed' as having realised an average priee of 3/6 per bushel over the last ten years; oats, 2/7i; white clover, lld per lb.; cow-grass, 8d per lb.; Italian ryegrass, 2/11 per bushel. The average for wheat is 5/1J; fowl wheat is 4/71; 1 North Island priee# 3d per busliel liigiiu. in eacli case.
