Mr and Mrs B. McNicoI, are spending a fortnight at the Pourerere Beach. Mr and Mrs Duncan Holden and family, who have been on an extended trip to the Old Country, have returned to Forrest Gate, Ongaonga. The Rev Mr Niblock, accompanied by Mrs> Niblock, has arrived in Poranga* hau, as minister for the Porangahau parish, the Rev. Mr Cameron having been transferred to Port Ahuriri. Mr and Mrs T. Bishop, Waipawa, lefb last night on a holiday visit to Auckland , Mr C. G. E. Harker, Waipawa, is at prosent on a visit to Wellington.
Mr and Mrs A. E. Hendy have returned to Dannevirke after a holiday visit to Sydney and Melbourne. Mr George Smith. who underwent an operation in the Wanganui Public Hospital recently, is recuperating with his pareuts, Mr and Mrs Jack Smith, Norsewood. Mr and Mrs E. Frederickson, Norsewood, have returned from a holiday sPent with their son and- daughter-in-law, Mr and Mrs R. Frederickson, Castlecliff, Wanganui.
