Auto Strikers Must Leave Factories DEFIANCE INTENDED

(Reeeived 4, 8.45 a.m.) NEW YOEK, Feb. 3. At Flint, circuit Judgei Gadola granted an injunction ordering the strikers out of two General Motors plants within 24 hours and reistraining picketing. The strikers in both plants have telegrdphed the Governor, Mr MUrphy, that they intend to defy the Gourt order. "We Have deeided," tHey said, "to stay in the plants and Have ho delusions about saerifiees the deeision will entail. We fnlly expect that if a violent effort is made to oust us many bf us wotild be Jtilled." THe telegram reminded tbe Governor of His promises not to permit fofce of violence to be used to oust the men. The injunction fixes a penalty of 15,000,000 dollars for violation, to be imposed upon tbe nnion leader, Mr Martin, and all other officials and all strikers. One thousand additional troops Have arrived bringing the total to 8,300 new .units, including light artillery and cavalry. A cordon Has been placed around the two blocks in wHicH the plants are sitnated and the area Has bebn cleared of all pickets and speetators. Any strikers leaving the plants to form pickets are immediately escorted outside the cordon and not permitted to enter again.
