Seven Criminal Trials At Napier Next Week FIVE FOR SENTENCE Seven criminal trials are to take place at the quarterly sessions of the Supreme Court at Napier, which begin next Monday morning. The trials involve six accused persons, three of whom are accused of offences of a serious nature. Five prisoners will appear for sentence. The list includes five civil claims to be heard before a judge and jury of 12, and 16 petitions and motions in divorco to be heard before the judge alone.
