OOUBLE FEATURE RKO-Radio Pictures has dehvered anofher hit in "By Your Leave," at the Municipal te-night. A swift moving, roliicking romantic comedy, it has everything — a super b cast delightful story, expert direction and imposing production. Prank Morgan and Genevieve Tobin carry the acting imirels, but are closely pressed by Neil Hamilton, Marion Nixon, and Glenn Anders. The story concerns the inferiority comPlex which encroaching middle age has given Henry Smith. Henry feels that a marita] holiday, during which he aan have a Iast fling and prove that he sfcill possesses attraction for ladies, may snap him out of the doldrums. Ellon, the wjfe, dqesn't approve of the idea, but reluctantly agrees. Henry rushes away from his snburban home in New York and straigbtway meets bitter disillusion. Every time he gets within dating distance of a pretty girl he succumbs to acute attacks of the jitters and guilty eonscience. Finally, he eludes a sweet young paid companion a friend has wished on . him for the evening and rushes home to Ellen. But Ellen isn't there. Complicatjons thicken to a screamingiy funny "limax. The second feature is "The Silver Streak." starring Charles Starrett and Sally Blane — a story dealing with modern streamlined trains.
