Colte v. United.— Against United 't first-innings score of 196 Colts made . 220 (HQCtge 79 not out, Elliott 41). United's second strike prpduced 112 (Cross 32, Hawthoma 29, Butler 13 anti Alexander 16 not out). Elliott, Hodgc aud i?arker shared the wickets. Boggt and Hodge (33 and 37 respeetively) brought Colts' second innings up to 70 without loss when timo 'was called. — Colts won on the first innings, High Sehool v. Taradale.— School batted first and made 210 for seven wickets declared. Taradale replied with 112 and, following on, made only 57 (Cooper 17). Dean (five for 27) and Proctor (four for 29) shared the wickets. — High School gained an innings victory. j Harbour Board v. H.S.Q.B.— Against Harbour Board 's first strike of 197, Old Boys made only 88 (Bowe 21 and Haydon six for 36). They followed on, this time seoring 139 (Gray 39, Gaghan 38, Rowe 17 and Douglas 11). Hayden took five for 46 and Smith three for 50. Harbour Board caught up the balanee required at a cost of five wickets (Gaghan four for 20). — Harbour Board gained an outright win.
