MRS E. J. SKIPWORTH

The death occurred recently at her residence, 1 Wellington road, Hamilton, of Mrs Ethel Jessie * Skipwith, Wife of Mr Ralpb Skipwith. Mrs Skipwith was of a happy and bright disposition, and made many friends in all parts of the North Island. She was a daugbter of tbe late Mr, i'homa3 Knight, of Palmerston Nortb, «nd Mrs. Knigbt, Selwyn street, Wanganui. Her first husband was Mr Stanley Hume, son of Colonel Hume, Wellington, he having diecl eigbteen months after their marriage. Ten years jater she married Mr Ralph Skipwith, well known as a racing official in tbe Nortb Island. Mrs Skipwith was particularly inierested in horticulture, having judged at many shows in Palmerston North and Burrounding districts. She leaves • widower. Her sisters are Mrs Ross Campion, Wanganui, Mrs T. Thomson, Ellerslie, and the brothers, Mr Marahau Knight, Wanganui, and Mr Warner Knight, Palmerston North.
