OTANE, Last Night. Members of the Gospel Hall congregation gathered. together' last night to farewell Mr Clarence Grainger, who has accepted a position. at .Wairoa. The evening passed pleasantly with- g§mes and musical items. Supper was served by the >ladies. The guest of honour was presented . by . Mr, .' Howard Powell with ' a handsomeiyrbound Sch'olefield Reference Bible. Mr Graiuger, who has been connected with the church , for a lorig period as a scholar, Sunday school teacher, and member, returned thanka.
