WAIPAWA DEBT CASES

WAIPAWA, Last night. At the monthly sitting of the Waipawa Magistrate's Court to-day, before Mr. J. Miller, S.M., judgments for debt by default were entered as follow: - H. C. Mason v. J. Timu, £6 14/10, costs £2 7/6; Simpson and Son v. H. Workman, £14 14/7, costs £3; E. W. Hyde v. C. Bushett, £4 14/9, costs 19/6; E. W. Hyde v. V. Nesbitt. £4 2/6, costs £1 0/6.
