Sister Thomasen, sub-matron of the Napier Hospital, has returned from her holiday. Miss I* Large, who has been the guest of Mrs T. Y. Cuthbert, Gisbornej has returned to Napier. Mrs T. H. Lowry, Okawa, presldent of the New Zealand Red Cross Society, is visiting the South Island in connection with the society 's work. Mr and Mrs Arthur Elworthy, "Holme Station," Timaru, will leave next week for Napier to attend the wedding of their son, Mr John Elworthy and Miss Hester Herrick. Miss G. Grant, Tomoana road, Hastings, who has been visiting Palmerston North, is now staying wiwi her sister, Mrs Bobs Cowper, Akitio beach. Miss Airini Lock, organisfc oi St. Andrew's Church, returned to Hastings yesterday after spending a holiday in Taranaki and Auckland.
