Creditors Dissatisfied In Napier Bankruptcy 5/- IN POUND WANTED I'orming the opinion that bankrupt's transactions were of a most unsatisfactory character and that more miglit have been done towards paying his clebts, creditors in the bankrupt estate of Alfred Henry Clark, a driver, of Napier, adopted a resolution this morning agreeing to oppose an application for discharge until bankrupt had made aTrangements to pay 5/- in the pound in respect of all proved claims. - This resolution was adopted on the motion of Mr W. E. Bate, solicitor, of Hastings, on behalf of a creditor. Bankrupt's papers xevealed an estimated deficiency of £812 '9/11. His assets (book debts) total only £21 S/-, iSrhile £323 17/11 is owing to unsecured creditors. To secured creditors he owes £1325, in regard to which his securities protect only £815. v
