James Dvoi'ak, 32 years old, of Oiicago, was arrested the other day soon after he had fired three pistol shots from the yard of his home into the cab of a railway switch engine that had disturbed his slumber. A fragment of one of the bullets slightly wounded tho fireman. The engineer put on speed and got out of Dvorak's range before notifying the police, ' 'Sure_ I did it," Dvorak said after his arrest. 'I'd had a few drinks and that engine wouldn't let me sleep for its grunting and puffing." It's a pleasant little way they havo in Chicago.
