WELLINGTON, Jan. 25.--Arrangements are being completed for the Government to take over the farm-training sfcation known as Flock House on February 1 from the New Zealand Sheepowners' Acknowledgment of Debt to BritishsSeaman Fund. The Minister of Agriculture, the Hon. W. Lee Martin, said to-day that he had conferred with the Director of the Fields Division, Mr R. B. Tennent, who had just returned from a visit to Flock House. It had heen arranged to send up to the farm station the Beciretary of the Department of Agriculture, Mr "W. O. Robinson, who on behalf of the Government would cornplete arraugemorxts for the State taking over Flock House on the first of nest month The Minister mentioned that Mr T. R. Lees would continue to act as secretary of th© Trust Board in administering tlie residue of the sheepowners' originaj fujxd.
