Mr De Valera Wants Action (Received 26, 11.30 a.m.) LONDON, Jan. 25. In the House of Commons, the Secretary for Dominion3 Affairs, Mr. Malcolm MacDonald, informed Mr. Ross that Mr De Valera last week had urged steps towards a' united Ireiand but liad not submitted a scheme.
