IN HOTEL AFTER HOURS
Found on licensed premises at Port Ahuriri after hours, Robert John Kelly, of Port Ahuriri, labdurer, appeared in the Napier Magistrate's Court this morning and waS fined £1 10/-, with 10/- costs. Tbe case was keard by Mr J, Miller, S.M. Coftstabl© J . Sutherland gave evidence that be found the accused leaving tbo Railway Hotel after hours witb liquor in his possession.
