FIVE BOMB EXPLOSIONS

Portugal Blames "Foreign Inspiration" ENGLISHMAN ARRESTED (Reeeived 22, 11.45 a.m.) LISBGN, Jan. 21. Following bomb explosions in four different parts of Lisbon, including the Ministry of Education, 14 were arrested, including an Englishman and a Portuguese. The Radio Club broadcasting station was badly damaged. The Government attributes the oufcrage to "foreign inspiration." Later another homb considerably damaged the War Ministry.
