THE BEST HOBBY
Almost everyon© has a pet hobby of some kind, and prohably it is a good thing that everybody does not seiect the same thing, or the world would not mov© along. Speaking of hobbies, ther© is no reason why any should not have one, or, for that matter, two. W© will take it for granted that one of them is gardening. Not only should the work of the garden be looked upon as a labour of love, but a pleasant recreation. What could be more refreshingi to the tired brain than an hour or two among the flowers or vegetables, whiehever the gardener chooses. Many business men of to-day could spare a little of their early morningjs to attend to tho plants. Whai person is not proud to be able to collect th© fruits of labour* well spent ? It does not matter very much if the crop is not as good as you ©*• pected. Have another try, and you will prohably surprlse . yourself. You have always an even-money chance if you baclt your- crop against that of your neighbour.
