Napier Loan Authorised By { Order-in-Council An Order-imCouncil is gazetted coni senting to the raising of £4,500 as part of the £9,400 not yet raised under tlia Napier Borough Couneil's Earthquako Damage Repair Loan, 1932, of £59,400, The term for the loan ie 15 years, and the rate of interest is to be not more than £3 10/- per ceut. a year. Before raising the sum it is stipulated that the council must establish a sinking fund, to which payments are to bo made at a rate not less than £5 4/' per cent. The payment of interest antl the re« .payment of principal must be made in New Zealand and must not be madei i out of loan monej. . _
