Soviet Dismivsses Bukharin From 'Tzvestia" x (Reeeived January 19, 9.30 a.m.) MOSCOW, Jan. 18. M. Nikolai Bukharin, editor of the "Izvestia" has heen dismissed. He has been under a doud since the Zinovieff trial, when an attempt was made to implicate him in the plot against M. Stalin.
