Notice oi Crown Ownership Gazetted

WELLINGTON, Jan. 15. Notice uuder section 18 of tbe Primary Produets Aet, 1936, determining that the ownership of dairy produce shall pass to the Crown prior to sliipment is gazetted. The acting-Minister of Marketing, tbe Hon. W. Lee-Martin, declares that "ownersbi]/ shall pass to the CfOWn as from January 1i and that tbe said butter and cbeese shall beeOtne the property of tbe Crown and be discharged from tbe right, title or interest possessed in respect to butter and cheese now in Government gradxng stores, Auckland, for sbipment by tbe Tarara ki, Port Alma and Tainui.
