PALMERSTON N., Jan. 16. ' At a special meeting of the Longburn braneh of tbe Wellington Freew ing Workers' Union held last evening the following resolution was passed to be forwarded to the Prime Minister:— "That in view of the unsatisfactory decision of the Court of Arbitration in the award for freezing wofkers, the Longburn braneh has no eonfidence in the Court as at present constituted. If requests the Government to remove the present Ju.dge and appoint in his place someone who can be relied upon to safe* guard the workers' interests by giving reasonable effect to the spirit of the in* dustrial legislation passed by the present Government.
