A settlement of the freezing disputa is in sight as the result of Mr Armstrong's meeting the men, and a decision as to whether the stay-in caanpaign, should be abandoned will be made at % meeting of delegates to-nigbt. At.the conclusion of Mr Armstrong's address the men gave hearty cheers for the Minisister and for the Lahour Government. V.
