That King George will broadcast to the Empire on the evening of Coronation Day, as the Duke of Windsor had planned to do, is diselosed in the official p^/gramme of Coronation events, which the King has approved as follows:— May 5 and 6. — Eoyal Courts at Buckingham Palace. May 10.— Arrival of Foreign envoys' deputation and State banquet. May 11. — Presentation of addresses and loyal greetings by Premiers of the Dominions and representatives of India and the colonial Empire. Thjeir Majesties will entertain at a luncheon at Buekingham Palace the British Commonwealth representatives. The Duke of Gloucester will give a dinner party. May 12. — Coronation. The King will broadcast to the Empire in the evening.
May 13. — State banquet. May 14.— The Foreign Secretary will give Their Majesties a dinner at the Foreign Office. May 15. — Ee&eption for and departure of foreign envoys. May 19.— Their Majesties will luneli at the GuilJhall, London. May 20.— The King Will review the Navy. May 24:— Empire Day. Their Majesties will4 attend service at St. Paul s Uathedral. May 28.— Prime Minister will give a dinner for Their Majesties. May 26.— Birbliday oi! Queen Mary. Court ball at Buekingham Palace. May 27. — Their Majesties will attend an evening reception by the Londoh County Councjl, May 28. — King's Levee. June 9. — Official celebration of King's birthday, Trooping tbe colours. June 10 and 11. — King's invesjbitures. June 22. — King's levee and garden party at Buekingham Palao» June 27. — Tbe King will review e> servicemen. July 1. — Royal Court. Tbeir Majesties will visit Scotland from July 5 to 12 and Wales on July 14 and 15. The final function on July 22 will h© a garden party at Buekingham .Palace,
