AMERICAN ENGINEER’S VIEW PROMISES OF WEALTH AUCKLAND. June 16. Tire opinion that New Guinea is likely to prove one of the wealthiest goldproducing countries in the would was expressed l , iby Mr L. A. Decotto, noted American mining engineer, who passed through Auckland by the Mariposa on his way to Australia.
