Another phase of the now famous Hunter family litigation is to come before the Court of Appeal .on -June _o. When the easo was called by the Registrar of the Court of Appeal this morning for the purpose of appointing a. u:-»K,re for the hearing, Lady Hunter, who was sitting in the back of the court, rose and, coming forward, send, she would be arguing the appeal herself in person.
