GERMAN DAY OF MOURNING
VERSAILLES ANNIVERSARY. NAZI FLAGS AT HALF-MAST. (United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph Copyright.) LONDON, June 16. “The Times” Berlin correspondent states that Germany now intends to observe June 28, the anniversary of the signing of the Treaty of Versailles, as a, day of mourning. The Government has ordered the Nazi flag everywhere, to he flown at half-mast and teachers will devote an hour explaining what the treaty means to Germany.
