The work of judging root crop competitions under the auspices of the South Taranaki Boys and Girls’ Clubs, was continued yesterday and on Wednesday by Mr. Rod Syme and Mr. 0. Haynes. Much good work was seen. The party were entertained at Kaoniga bv Air and Mrs D. P. F. Malbne :t luncheon and at Matapu and Kalonga, cars were provided by Messrs W. T. Seed (Matapu) and D. Malone, C. Crowley and Chamberlain, (Kaluga). In tne Kaponga party was u r ('. Brewer, chairman of the committee. , Results were as follow:
