The wool market closed to-day with extremely firm prices in sellers’ favour ;t the best point of the series. Greasy Mer.no made 163 d a lb. The average •mice for the first three days this week was £l2 Os 8d a bale, or 9.11 d a lb. The auction is now off till August 28.
