PALMERSTON: N., June 14. Dairy factory managers .in conference to-night passed a motion favouring only two grades of cream during June, July and August . A motion approving the licensing or men in charge of farm miTkincr sheds with the idea of eliminating dirty milkers and poor quality milk was rejected.
