LANG CABINET APPOINTEE

(United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph Copyright.) SYDNEY, June 12, Mr Justice Davidson awarded £7OOO compensation to Augustus iSbott, former chaiirnmm of the Metropolitan Meat Industry Board, arising out of the termination of his service by the present New South Wales Government. Mr Scott was the Lang Government appointee. Similar action's have been launched against the Government in respect’ of the dismissal of other persons who held important posts under the Liang administration.
