❖ ALLEGATIONS. AT ASHBURTON. (by TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION. ASHBURTON. Nov. 19. Arthur Morris (38), a sheep drover of El> file ton, was remanded at the Ashburton Police Court this morning on a charge of committing rape on a girl aged I I years at Tinwald yesterday.
