NEW RULES. (BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION. WELLINGTON, Nov. 17. For the next National Rifle Association championship meeting it has been decided to adopt the New South Wales rule which, allows only naval and military trainees serving in the citizens forces or senior cadets, using the S.M.L.E. rifle to use mark 7 aniniuiiitioni.
