GETTING READY
GERMANS TRAINING
WORKING IN SECRET
TO BECOME MILITARY POWER
BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHI Received Nov. 14, 10.40 a.m. LONDON, Nov. 13. A well-informed writer in the* Times says that Germany may not be preparing for war with Prance, but she is unquestionably working again to become a great military power. He declares that the illegal patriotic organisations, whose avowed object is to make Germany fit again to take up arms with success, all continue to exist. They are still drilling recruits, thoqgh, for the moment, activities seem to be .concentrated on stultifying the operations of the Allied military control mission.
There is no doubt that a special or.Sanisafci<m has. come into being with the definite object of anticipating the visits of Allied officers, which must be announced beforehand, and preventing their success.
